Services – AJ Events

We are #ajeventskc, we are at your orders to put premium event service in the palm of your hand:

Master of Ceremonies: We lead your reception with professionalism and clear organization.
Guests accommodation: We receive and guide all of your guests to each of their tables warmly and gently; thus, they will feel comfortable and well attended.
Clean tables: We keep your tables clean for your guests. We cycle out each half-hour for your guests to feel good.
Serve the cake: We help you serve the cake and deliver it to each guest’s table seat if you wish to.
Service hours: Regarding the service you ask for, we have a standard of 8 service hours (usually 4:00 pm to 12:00 am).
Winter parties: We will keep and save your winter coats and jackets. This is our “Store Coats” service for your guests to be comfortable at the tables.
Event Planner: We organize each detail of your event. We will companion you throughout the process, always considering your requirements.
